The hot pink cover flourishing workbook is designed using color coding which will help you to understand where each stoke starts from. This break up of strokes will help you where you can lift the nib off the paper. Breaking things down into bite size pieces helps beginners and intermediate calligraphers.
A detailed theory on how to form flourishes and their rules are explained. The workbook has several variations of practice drills, entry, exit, ascender and descender strokes. For example, I have drawn over 15 pages of beautiful capital stem strokes you can use for the upper-case letters. You will also find 6 variations of each capital letter helping you pick your favourite flourish. Also includes a list of common useful words.
